During my transit in Phu Quoc, I stayed at Universe Saigon Apartment Phu Quoc. Although I only stayed for a short period, I found two features of the hotel to be very convenient. the location near Tan Son Nhat International Airport, which was only 3 km away, made it incredibly easy for me to reach the hotel upon arrival and depart for my next destination without any hassle. the free WiFi provided throughout the property allowed me to stay connected and share my travel experiences with my loved ones.

The entranceway to the hotel is up a very steep flight of slippery stairs, which could pose a potential safety concern for guests, especially those with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

I recently stayed at Universe Saigon for a few days while exploring the city. The newly built apartments were a delight, with everything smelling fresh and new. The front office manager, a friendly gentleman in spectacles, went out of his way to assist us. Despite the small size, the apartment had all we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The mattress, air conditioning, TV, fridge, and overall cleanliness were exceptional. I also appreciated the helpful service and convenient location, just a short walk to the bus stop for easy access to all the sights.

Clean, new apartments with small kitchen area. Location outside city center, but accessible by bus. Good value for price compared to other hotels.

My favorite part was crossing the dangerous road outside. So thrilling!

I chose Universe Saigon for its proximity to Vinpearl Land Phu Quoc, which I really wanted to visit. The free WiFi throughout the property was a pleasant surprise, and I liked the availability of three-wheeled cycles near important landmarks and bars.

A/C didn't work, bugs in bed and on the floor.

I appreciated that it had everything I needed, including a kitchen to cook my own meals. The staff, especially one friendly and sweet person, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
